Nepal are the defending champions of the ACC Men's Premier Cup and will be looking to defend the title this time as well. Unlike last edition, it will be a 20-overs tournament, with the winner qualifying for the ACC Asia Cup which will be a T20 format as well.


Nepali cricket team will take on Malaysia in their first match of the ongoing ACC Men's Premier Cup 2024 on 12th April.

The match between Nepal and Malaysia will be played at Al Amerat Cricket Ground Oman Cricket (Ministry Turf 1) and will start from 4:15 pm Nepali time.

A total of 10 top Asia teams will be fighting for that one place in the ACC Asia Cup 2025. Top 8 ranked teams automtically make it to the championship whereas the other two teams joined after the completion of 2024 ACC Men’s Challenger Cup.

Saudi Arabia won the championship whereas, Cambodia finished runner-up.

All the ten teams are divided into two groups of 5 teams each in group A and Group B. Nepal are placed in group A along with Hong Kong, Malaysia, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Group B consists of UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Cambodia. UAE are the finalist of last edition where they went down to host Nepal in the final.

In Nepal, Kantipur Television has acquired the official broadcasting rights of the ACC Men's Premier Cup 2024. All the 24 matches of will be broadcast live across two different channels of Kantipur TV. Kantipur TV HD and Kantipur Cineplex HD will telecast all the matches of the ACC Men's Premier Cup 2024.
